Mat Pilates
Our 45 min. Virtual Mat Classes offer fun & dynamic exercise routines rooted in Contemporary Pilates! Core strength & alignment are achieved through deliberate movement designed to integrate a full mind & body experience! You can expect to see some fun cardio elements in there, too!
Express HIIT Pilates
For our high-intensity crew, a 45-minute power session utilizing Pilates techniques driven by elevated cardio, this class rewards your intensity & determination. All levels welcome!
Private/Semi-Private Classes
